SUMMARY:

Conrade Account Executives are the primary point of contact for clients throughout the yearly renewal process and are primarily tasked with ensuring high client retention. They oversee the marketing and day-to-day servicing on a large book of business. Account Executives participate in a program for continued professional development and act as mentors to newer team members.

EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES:

- Oversee day to day service requests within their respective team

- Manage the yearly renewal and proposal process

- Verify that client deliverables are accurate and professional

- Complete strategic projects on behalf of clients and agency leadership

- Coordinate the handling of significant and sensitive client data in accordance with agency standards

- Develop effective carrier relationships by looking for win/win

- Support business development efforts by occasionally working with new producers

- Inspire trust in Conrade among clients and carriers

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years commercial insurance agency or brokerage experience

- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping

- Has obtained Kansas insurance license

- College degree in business, finance, economics or equivalent

- Willingness to pursue a program for professional development
